Request replacement card (with card to be blocked)

You can request a replacement card after having previously blocked the card from your account in the app by selecting Request replacement card from the main menu.
Select the replacement cards you want to request and proceed with the purchase (cost € 5.00 per card).
The service will no longer be usable until the activation of a new card received by post (at a cost of € 3.50) or collected for free in the area.

Request replacement card (with card already locked)

You can request a replacement card from your account by selecting Request replacement card from the main menu.
Select the cards to replace. Any ski card that needs to be replaced must be locked, the system will ask if it is safe to lock it. Once the card is blocked, there will be the procedure for requesting the new card (cost € 5.00).
The service will no longer be usable until the activation of a new card received by post (at a cost of € 3.50) or collected for free in the area.
