Since January 1, 2022, as established by art. 30 of Legislative Decree no. 40 of February 28, 2021, it is mandatory<\/strong> to have liability insurance for damages or injuries caused to third parties in order to ski on downhill slopes.<\/div>\n

Law enforcement authorities and lift operators may carry out checks and, in the absence of insurance coverage, fines ranging from \u20ac100 to \u20ac150 may be imposed.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Insurance policies may also provide optional additional coverage, such as reimbursement of expenses or accident coverage for the skier themselves.<\/div>\n

    Select the skier you wish to insure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. On the \u201cSkier\u201d<\/em> screen, press the \u201cAdd Insurance\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n

    Choose the type of coverage you want to subscribe to: Base<\/em> or Plus<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Enter the required information and complete the activation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The daily insurance, once activated, will automatically start at the first access through the turnstiles of the day made with the MyPass Ski service at the resorts participating in the MyPass Ski circuit. The seasonal insurance, on the other hand, covers you for the entire season in any ski resort.<\/div>\n

    <\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Where can I find my ski insurance details?” tab_id=”1694702533512-13961679-bb6e”][vc_column_text css=””]In the case of \u201cPay per use\u201d daily insurance, the policy number and other references for the insurance managed by MyPass Ski are sent by email to the account holder within 30 minutes of the start of skiing in the ski areas served by the MyPass Ski service. If the skier’s optional email address has been entered, a notification will also be sent to the skier. The references are always available within the MyPass Ski app (updated version) on the skier’s screen.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a check on the slopes, this notification must be shown to the inspectors.<\/p>\n

    Upon reaching the seasonal insurance, a notification will be sent with the policy number, which will remain valid until the end of the season.<\/p>\n
