With MyPass Ski and ITASNOW, you can choose how much protection you want on the slopes, in a simple and flexible way.
There’s no need to decide everything right away: if you activate and pay for 10 daily insurance policies during the season, your coverage will automatically be converted into a seasonal policy at no additional cost. This means you’re covered not only for your skiing days, but for the entire season, even outside of the MyPass Ski service.

From your account in the MyPass Ski app:

Select the skier you want to insure.
- On the “Skier” screen, press the “Add insurance” button.

Choose the type of coverage you want to subscribe to: Base or Plus.

Enter the required details and complete the activation.
In the case of “Pay per use” daily insurance, the policy number and other references for the insurance managed by MyPass Ski are sent by email to the account holder within 30 minutes of the start of skiing in the ski areas served by the MyPass Ski service. If the skier’s optional email address has been entered, a notification will also be sent to the skier. The references are always available within the MyPass Ski app (updated version) on the skier’s screen.
In the event of a check on the slopes, this notification must be shown to the inspectors.
Upon reaching the seasonal insurance, a notification will be sent with the policy number, which will remain valid until the end of the season.
Once again, we recommend that you ensure that each skier uses the ski pass issued in their name: in addition to being mandatory for the use of the facilities, it is essential in order to benefit from insurance coverage.
In case of a claim, the following procedures must be followed:

- Mandatory call to slope rescue: in the event of an accident on the slopes, you must immediately contact the slope rescue service or the Police at the scene of the accident.
- The insured must promptly send written notice to ITAS Mutua within 9 days of the event, forwarding the claim report to: [email protected]
- Provide the required documentation:
- Complete description of the accident (location, date, time, causes).
- Report from slope rescue or Police
- Medical certificates or emergency room reports in case of injury
- Proof of ski pass, equipment rental, lessons, or medical expenses to be reimbursed
