From your account in the MyPass Ski app:

Select the skier you wish to insure.
- On the “Skier” screen, press the “Add Insurance” button.

Choose the type of coverage you want to subscribe to: Base or Plus.

Enter the required information and complete the activation.
In the case of “Pay per use” daily insurance, the policy number and other references for the insurance managed by MyPass Ski are sent by email to the account holder within 30 minutes of the start of skiing in the ski areas served by the MyPass Ski service. If the skier’s optional email address has been entered, a notification will also be sent to the skier. The references are always available within the MyPass Ski app (updated version) on the skier’s screen.
In the event of a check on the slopes, this notification must be shown to the inspectors.
Upon reaching the seasonal insurance, a notification will be sent with the policy number, which will remain valid until the end of the season.
Once again, we recommend that you ensure that each skier uses the ski pass issued in their name: in addition to being mandatory for the use of the facilities, it is essential in order to benefit from insurance coverage.
In case of an accident, the following procedures must be followed:
- Mandatory call to slope rescue: in the event of an accident on the slopes, immediately contact the slope rescue team or the Police on site.
- The insured must promptly send a written communication to ITAS Mutua within 9 days of the event, submitting the claim to: [email protected]
- Provide the required documentation:
- Complete description of the accident (place, date, time, causes).
- Report from the slope rescue team or Police
- Medical certificates or emergency room reports for injuries
- Proof of skipass, equipment rental, lessons, or medical expenses to be reimbursed

It depends on the type of coverage you choose:
- Basic Plan: from €3 per day up to €30 for the whole season.
- Plus Plan: from €4 per day up to €40 for the whole season.
In addition, your coverage updates automatically: after activating and paying for
10 daily insurances in the same season, it immediately becomes a
Seasonal policy, at no extra cost, also valid outside the MyPass Ski service.

The proposed insurance offers two levels of coverage:
- Base: for Third-Party Liability coverage required by law and limited reimbursements in case of personal accident.
- Plus: with additional guarantees for permanent disability of the insured.
