MyPass uses a level of security higher than the banking standard and a state-of-the-art encryption system that protects your data and transactions at all times. We constantly check the protection of our systems thanks to Banca Sella’s iFrame technology.

MyPass respects your privacy. When registering from both the app and the site, you will be asked to consent to Privacy Policy and choose individual consents.
You can change your preferences for individual consents at any time by accessing the Support section within your User Area on the site or directly from the app home page.

As with all electronic payments, transactions with MyPass are surveyed in accordance with current regulations.

If you lose or your smartphone or it gets stolen, you can access your MyPass account from another cell phone or from the site and change your password.
