Skiers and Cards

If you have questions about how to activate your card, renew it, replace it, or other procedures related to it, you are in the right section!

Add new skier

Using the “Add new skier” button you can:

  • Activate a card that you already have
  • Request a card and collect it at the ski area
  • Request a card and receive it by post

* If both ski cards are required for the same skier in the same shopping cart to be able to ski in all areas, the second ski card costs € 3. If it is requested later the purchase of the second ski card has a cost of € 5.

Request a card

Don't have a MyPass Ski card?

If you do not have a MyPass card, from your User Area, after clicking the button “Add new skier” choose the option “I do not have a MyPass Ski card” and follow the wizard to complete the request (indicate whether the ski area where you are going to ski is Andalo Paganella or not, enter or confirm the data of the card holder) choose how you want to receive the card and proceed to payment.

*If for the same skier in the same cart you require both ski cards to be able to ski in all ski areas the second ski card has a cost of 3 €. If it is requested later the purchase of the second ski card has a cost of € 5 .

Request for card collection at the ticket office or at affiliated merchants

After applying for the MyPass Ski card and confirming the card holder’s information by choosing the “Pickup in ski area” option, you can pick up the MyPass Ski card at any of the ticket offices or pickup points listed on the MyPass Ski website or on the app in the “Ski Areas” section.
Once collected, the card must be activated from your User Area, entering the code of the MyPass card, in correspondence of the card to be activated.

Request to send card by post

Shipping by post has an additional cost of 6€. The cost is fixed, regardless of the number of cards requested by the user.

After applying for the MyPass Ski card and confirming the card holder’s information, choosing the “Ship Home” option, you will be asked to specify the shipping address. In this way, the card will be sent to you via Amazon couriers: from two to three working days, barring unforeseen events (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and various holidays). Amazon shipping is provided for all ski areas with the exception of Andalo Paganella/ Monte Bondone as the ski cards are of different types. Once obtained, the card must be activated from your User Area, entering the code of the MyPass card, in correspondence of the card to be activated. Remember that the card is not named, but becomes so only at the moment of activation by entering the code in one’s user profile.

PLEASE NOTE: The request for the shipment of one or more cards must be made when adding skiers. It is not possible to request home delivery at a later time.

Activate my card

  • If you have already purchased the service and received the card by post, or picked up directly at ski resorts, log into your account from the app or your Web User Area, and at the card you wish to activate, enter the code you find on the card in your possession.
  • If you have not yet purchased the service and have received the card in some other way (e.g. at information stands, ticket offices, rentals and ski schools, etc.), log in to your Login Area and click on “Add new skier” and then “Activate a MyPass Ski card” and enter the code on the back, bottom right corner, of your MyPass card.

Card activation occurs within a few minutes after you enter the card code* at the card you requested from the app or site.

*From the App (Android and iOS), activation by RFID scanning (automatic card code entry ) is possible by placing the card under the phone, which will recognize and enter the card code

Request additional card for another person

You can request additional MyPass cards from your User Area by using the “Add New Skier” button and following the wizard.

Request an additional Paganella card

If you already have a card for all ski areas, you can request an additional Paganella / Monte Bondone MyPass card from your User Area by clicking on the Mypass card you have already activated or requested, and click the REQUEST CARD (Paganella- €. 5,00)* button.
You can request an additional Paganella card, for each MyPass card already active in your User Area max 5 MyPass cards (No Paganella) and related 5 cards (Paganella).

*The MyPass card is valid in all affiliated resorts with the exception of the Andalo Paganella area. For the latter, it is necessary to activate/apply for a special card at an additional cost of €5.00. When renewing the cards, you will pay a single fee for both types of cards.

Apply for an additional NO Paganella card

If you already have a card for the area of Andalo Paganella and/or Monte Bondone, you can request an additional MyPass card (NO Paganella), valid in all other affiliated areas, from your User Area, by clicking on the Mypass Paganella card you have already activated or requested, and click the REQUEST CARD (No Paganella- €. 5,00)* button.
You can request an additional No Paganella card, for each Paganella card already active in your User Area (max 5 MyPass (No Paganella)cards and related 5 (Paganella) cards.

*The MyPass card is valid in all affiliated resorts with the exception of the Andalo Paganella area. For the latter, it is necessary to activate/apply for a special card at an additional cost of €5.00. When renewing the cards, you will pay a single fee for both types of cards.

Automatic renewal of the service

The default setting is that the card is automatically renewed upon expiry with the relative payment of the annual fee. To change the renewal conditions, you can access your User Area at any time by changing the tick in the box relating to automatic renewal.

Lock card

You can block cards from your account in the app at any time by selecting Block Card from the main menu.
Select the cards you want to block and click on “Block” and confirm the action.
By blocking the card, the service will no longer be usable until a new card is requested (and subsequently activated).

If the card has been blocked by mistake contact support for unlocking.

Request a replacement card

Request replacement card (with card to be blocked)

You can request a replacement card from your account by selecting Request replacement card from the main menu.
Select the cards to be replaced. Each sci card that needs to be replaced must be locked, the system will ask if it is safe to lock it. When the card is blocked there will be the procedure for requesting a new card (cost € 5.00).
The service will no longer be available until the activation of a new card received by mail (at a cost of € 6.00) or picked up free of charge in the ski resort.

Request replacement card (with card already locked)

You can request a replacement card after blocking the card previously from your account in the app by selecting Request replacement card from the main menu.
Select the replacement cards you want to request and proceed to purchase (cost € 5.00 per card).
The service will no longer be available until a new card received by mail (at a cost of € 6.00) or picked up free of charge at the district is activated.

Delete skier

You can delete one or more skiers by emailing [email protected]

Senior, Junior and Baby reductions

The application of special rates in ski lifts based on age depends on agreements with each individual ski area. To check for reduced rates agreed with the MyPass Ski service, simply go to the page dedicated to each individual ski area on our MyPass Ski website or app.
 In order to take advantage of the discounted rates, it is necessary to upload from the app or from the site, at the card entitled to the reduction, an identity document (your choice of Italian ID card, Italian driver’s license or passport) and photo, scroll and accept the minor data processing.

Attention is paid to:

  • the health card is not considered valid for certification purposes;
  • make sure the document uploaded, is legible;
  • images in pdf format cannot be used. Please use images with jpeg/jpg or png format;
  • you must upload the complete front and back document (so open the document and photograph the open document both front and back), for passport you must upload the same photo front and back;
  • the photo to be uploaded must be clearly visible, uncovered face, in close-up and must depict only the card holder card type photo (group photos, with pets, profile photos and photos with too much background are not valid);
  • uploading the photo, is mandatory for all minors and for adults and seniors in order to take advantage of the consecutive days (mainly after the 8th day or depending on the ski resort’s instructions);
  • verify that you have uploaded the correct document at the relevant MyPass card;
    verify that you have uploaded in the space at the document, the document and at the photo the photograph;
  • in order to save the uploaded documents, it is essential to accept the “consent to data processing” (after entering the documents and photo, scroll up and put a check mark at the “I ACCEPT AND AGREE”);

If the documents do not meet the above requirements, the card will not be considered certified: in that case we will be forced, as expressly imposed by the ski resort, to consider all cards as “adult cards” and then charge the corresponding full-price rate or, in the case of consecutive days, to discontinue the consecutiveness.
